CISO was formed to provide its members with assistance in learning more about Information Technology (IT) within the business environment and establish networking opportunities for future graduates. CISO accomplishes this primarily through formatted program meetings featuring guest speakers from various regional businesses. In addition, CISO offers numerous tours throughout each full-length semester. These tours are designed to provide members with a visual perspective of the variations within IT environments across the industries. These programs and tours provide opportunities for members to interact with local IT employers and increase their overall awareness of the latest developments within Information Technology.
